Welcome to Hoopla.
Hoopla is a Fourth Year film made at the North Carolina School of the Arts. It follows Max during his daily routine and job at a furniture store. Unfortunately, ducks are migrating and becoming a problem, light bulbs are against him, and an inheritance becomes a burden.
